It's finally here! Quite a few poeple had asked for a forum and with the spam issues we were having with the comments on the mainpage news, I went ahead and created Gekko's official forum. 
It took me all last night and this morning to integrate the news and comments system to the forum, learning PHP as I go.
A new button has been added in the header bar completely to the right to access the forum. It will now be mandatory to register to the forum to be able to post comments on news. (Helping us avoid the issues we had earlier  )
Finally, you will notice that the forum currently uses the default template. I am no artist but I will try to wip something up when I have the chance in the next few months. |

Whew ! now that WAD(wikiArticleDeleter) is gone... things have returned to peace... sounds like a mario game ! Yeah , i don't wanna upset any guys here at Gekko but about your thread on Wikipedia... they are threatening to delete it  . I don't know why the hell and what reasons are there for it, but Acid_1, ChronoArchangel , fans, and the team of Gekko... I've had enough.. i resign... u guys please try to handle it and try to get things done. For those who don't know what the hell i'm talking about : Wikipedia is a free encyclopedia where anyone can edit articles and create. I created one on Gekko and its up for deleteion. Make an account , go to talk page and click edit. go to bottom and type whatever you think is right to save the article. thanks (p.s: sorry if its in the wrong page, just wanted to get my post up thanks) |

There was a huge deletion page for the Gekko article. I tried my best to defend it but in the it really does not meet Wikipedia's notability standards. The problem is they just don't like the fact that it is not released. Because no emulator can reach the notability standards that Wikipedia required. When I mentionned this to them they simply disregard the comment by saying that the page was not there to discuss emulators in general, just Gekko. And that they are taking it case by case.
Aniway, wikipedia can suck my balls. They think a bit too highly of themself if you ask me. It's not like an emu can be compared to NASA's next shuttle... |

Well, I guess we could hold off on a Wikipedia article until a release is made. At that time, I'm sure the project would draw in more popularity, anyways. |
